Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Selekto provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables real estate professionals to create curated property selections, share them with clients, and track client engagement. The service is accessible via the selekto.net website.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Property Data

Property listings displayed on the platform may be sourced from third-party providers. Selekto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any property listing. Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of property information they import and share.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Selekto offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Solo PRO, Boutique Team, Enterprise) with varying limits on properties, clients, and team members. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the Subscription page within the platform.

5.1 Free Trial

New broker accounts may receive a free trial of the Solo PRO plan. During the trial you have full access to Solo PRO features. When the trial expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. No payment information is required to start a trial. Data you created during the trial is preserved, but features exceeding Free plan limits become read-only. The trial duration is displayed during registration and on your Subscription page.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Selekto does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. For billing disputes or errors, contact us at support@selekto.net.

5.4 Plan Changes

Selekto reserves the right to modify plan pricing and features with 30 days advance notice to affected subscribers. Existing subscribers retain their current pricing for the remainder of their billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Selekto platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is owned by Selekto and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selekto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period as described in Section 5. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
