1. Service Description

PropEasy provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables real estate professionals to create curated property selections, share them with clients, and track client engagement. The service is accessible via the propeasy.club website.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Property Data

Property listings displayed on the platform may be sourced from third-party providers. PropEasy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any property listing. Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of property information they import and share.

5. Intellectual Property

The PropEasy platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is owned by PropEasy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
